ABOUT
Kate Radlinski, FNP, PMHNP, LLC provides psychiatric services to people of all ages from pediatrics through adulthood. My practice is dedicated to delivering compassionate care and evidence-based treatments to promote mental wellness. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients, fostering a collaborative approach to individualized mental health care.
My professional background started as a Registered Nurse in 2004 in Connecticut prior to moving to Maine in 2006. In 2009, I began working at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME to fulfill a passion for emergency medicine. I became board certified as family nurse practitioner in 2014 with experience in emergency and family medicine. In 2020 I returned to The University of New Hampshire to become board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I am proud to say I have always been a strong client advocate. I pride myself on having a collaborative, informed, evidence-based model of care.
Services
An initial intake appointment includes a one-hour comprehensive review of past and present psychiatric, medical, family, developmental, social history to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your current life goals. Together, we will discuss all options including risks and benefits of medications and make a decision on the best plan that meets your goals.​​
30 minutes follow up sessions are scheduled after the initial visit at variable intervals for ongoing treatment; includes a review of goals, progress, integrated psychotherapy, and medication adjustments as indicated.
Under 18
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent at the time of the visit. Information of sensitive nature will be kept confidential with the exception of any threats of safety or harm to self or others.
Controlled Substance
All controlled substances require a minimum of at least one in person visit per year, more frequent visits may be required at the discretion of the prescriber. A urine drug screen paid for by the client may be required during treatment.
Privacy
All visits are protected by privacy laws including HIPPA compliance. Any records released or received must be accompanied by a signed release of information from the organization sending records. The exception to privacy ensues with any threats of safety to self or others.

At Kate Radlinski, FNP, PMHNP, LLC, I accept a wide range of insurance plans including most commercial insurance to ensure that our services are accessible to those in need of psychiatric care. My team is dedicated to assisting you with insurance-related inquiries and helping you navigate the financial aspects of your mental health treatment. In addition, I accept a private pay option with a sliding scale for those with high deductibles or if you are currently without insurance.
